    ...
    Tones of pleasure
    A Satisfied Mind
    ...
    and dreams,
    which

    Which
    sometimes play
    ...
    their mind;
    some

    Some
    are crushed and broken,
    in

    In
    the scheme of things.
    Yet

    Yet
    others stay in focus,
    for

    for
    as long
    ...
    may live.
    They

    They
    build us
    ...
    our stand,
    when

    when
    the need may arise,
    let

    let
    us forget our failures;
    we’ve

    we’ve
    endured from
    ...
    to time.
    That

    That
    makes our life stable
    giving

    giving
    us the one thing,
    everyone

    everyone
    wants to find,
and that is a satisfied mind.
Every body has dreams, but sometimes it’s not. We are successful in realizing the dream. There are others dream keeps up in order to fulfill their purpose. Those dreams keep you going until you find what you want.
    Tones of comedy
    Amused
    ...
    amusing the
    way

    way
    you can change
    how

    how
    the direction of
    the

    the
    tides as you manipulate
    every

    every
    emotion that
    feeds

    feeds
    this heart.
    The

    The
    reality sets in though,
    these

    these
    eyes are
    ...
    as blind
    as

    as
    you remember them.
    I

    I
    have seen
    ...
    tears and
    realize

    realize
    that there is no
    truth

    truth
    to them.
    You

    You
    chose this moment,
    but

    but
    you can
    ...
    admit to
    your

    your
    treason.
    Keep

    Keep
    on playing the victim
    in

    in
    your theater of lies,
    but

    but
    open you eyes and
    see

    see
    that it was you
    who

    who
    put the final nail
    in the coffin.
This poem is about relationship. One person has betrayed the trust of the other person so they relationship is broken.
    Tone of animation
    Hopeful Heart
    ...
    illusions –
    Worn

    Worn
    atop a satin sleeve;
    Naivety

    Naivety
    was dripping
    ...
    delusions –
    'Twas

    'Twas
    an open
    ...
    so deceive
    A

    A
    little further,
    ...
    pretty mind.
    Her

    Her
    whitened innocence, rare today;
    And

    And
    lest we
    ...
    another soul,
    Leave

    Leave
    and let
    ...
    the trust
    Will

    Will
    emanate a loving whole
For our appreciation; hear the plea.
Some person has believes and the writer’s saying don’t say or doing anything destroy those believe.
    Tone of passion
    Don't Be Jealous
    ...
    have written
    In

    In
    their own
    ...
    of season
    They

    They
    are there
    ...
    they've awoken
    To

    To
    write down
    ...
    their reason
    Lived

    Lived
    out each
    ...
    gets spoken.
    You

    You
    are not
    ...
    not there
    we’re

    we’re
    all just
    ...
    glass way:
    The

    The
    things they've
    ...
    not bear
    could

    could
    they endure
    ...
    you lay?
    No

    No
    one but
    ...
    soul's song,
    Walks

    Walks
    the same
    ...
    falls on-
    Don't

    Don't
    silence the
    ...
    of you
    Trying

    Trying
    to fill
    ...
    other's space
    Cause

    Cause
    then nobody
    ...
    your songs
And the world would miss your grace.
This poem is about being jealous of someone’s life. It is trying to live their life instead of your own life. The writer say don’t try to be someone else because the world will miss out on your life.
    Tone of pain
    Worried
    ...
    my face
    and

    and
    a whisper
    ...
    my mouth
    just

    just
    sitting at
    ...
    my couch
    in

    in
    a gloomy, depressed slouch
    People

    People
    cant see the pain
    that

    that
    is dwelling
    ...
    my eyes
    they

    they
    don’t want to know
    and

    and
    that’s why
    ...
    me dies
    I’m

    I’m
    so worried
    ...
    my boyfriend
    and

    and
    the trouble
    ...
    gotten in
    I

    I
    hope he
    ...
    to school
but the line that’s drawn is looking thin.
This poem is about a girl who is at home.she is upset because her boyfriend is in trouble. She is worried about what will happen to him.
    Tones of logic
    Confused
    ...
    way out,
    that

    that
    sick feeling
    ...
    my stomach,
    another

    another
    lie just
    ...
    heart beating,
    or

    or
    so it seems.
    Confused

    Confused
    by whether
    ...
    by you,
    or

    or
    disappointed I
    ...
    trust you.
    You

    You
    were my
    ...
    my everything,
    I

    I
    walked away
    ...
    once more,
    but

    but
    you found
    ...
    way in,
    broke

    broke
    down my defenses.
    Confused

    Confused
    by whether

    by you,
    or

    or
    disappointed I
    ...
    trust you.
    None

    None
    can see
    ...
    to me,
    now

    now
    there's nothing
    ...
    to see,
    just

    just
    my vulnerability,
    my

    my
    bare and broken soul.
    Confused

    Confused
    by whether
    ...
    by you,
    or

    or
    disappointed I
    ...
    trust you.
    Maybe

    Maybe
    it was my fault,
    pinned

    pinned
    my hopes
    ...
    so different,
    yet

    yet
    you turned
    ...
    the same,
    confirming

    confirming
    my fears
    ...
    caring about.
    Confused

    Confused
    by whether

    by you,
    or

    or
    disappointed I
    ...
    trust you,
    I

    I
    once again trust you,
    I

    I
    once again trust you,
Once again I'm hurt by you...
This poem is about close friendship. The poet has been hurt by his or her friend. The poet says that, they are not sure confused or disappointed because he trusts his friend and his friend letting him down.

This poem is about a person who support another person and that support gives them confidence.

    Tones of submission and timidity
    Tiny andThe timid star
    One night in
    lover
What lad or what lass without love has e'er been?--
    Miss Page won
my dreamheart when I saw a timid and tiny star in sky.
    I asked it why it
    was not so bright,
It told me I am happy within why you think I am tiny
    but sixteen;
    But no prospect appear'd, my fond wishes to crown;
    Her ruffles were lac'd
    and timid,
Everything that shines is not happy within,
I am living cool and peaceful life,
far away from evil and vice,
    To shine and become big
    she wore a silk gown.
    While
I will haveissued forth in a more humble sphere,
    With a coat you might see through--my best was threadbare;
    Then what expectation
    to loose my might,
    I love my lord
    win a fair maid,
When the tongue or the dress never come to our aid?
    But yet no great difference ought to oppose;
    Her father made shoes,
and I am happy and content
    too far
by my size and by my light
    I asked it why
    trade I ammade hose;
So that, if of true honour we judge
    not amiss,
My trade was, at least, a peg higher than his.
    Besides, the shoe-maker had nothing to give;
    Then should we unite,
    like you
    I am not able
    two nothings must live.
    Nay, should she attempt
to be happy within, it toldcollect all her store,
    If she gave
me that you are likeherself, she could give me
that's why you don't shine and twinkle,
you remain sad and unhappy like
    no more.
If we chanc'd, which was seldom, to pass in the street,
My head made a bow, but
    my sizeeyes view'd my feet.
    At her sight all my powers in confusion were found;
What was left of my heart sunk as low as the ground.
If at church on a Sunday I gave her a glance,
    The instant she caught me my eyes turn'd ascance;
She might send a look, which by lovers alone
Is well understood; but, alas! Mine was gone.
When day-light was over I often crept out,
    At the season when lovers
    and shine
    because you are good within,
you are an honest and good soul,
    you didn't betrayed anybody
    ,
    cats prowl about.
Through a hole in the shutter
I asked it again why no body is happy with me,
    everybody
    sometimes could see
    The girl that
    I feel is against me,
    why
    lov'd--whom I am feelingwish'd to love me.
    Ten years
I am trappedwas shackled, but never durst speak,
    Though I saw my dear charmer at least once a week;
When another succeeded, who spoke as he ought,
While I lost my fair one by courting
    in conspiracy,
they are playing tricks against me,
to prove me bad mad and unworthy,
    I can't do
    thought.
The poem is about young man who loves a young woman he is too shy to say
    anything for me,
It told me that you will one day
    will be relieved
to her. And ten years he admires her from all these allegations indeed.
I gave it thanks and I came to understand that,
    it was not tiny
a distance, but someone else comes along and timid.... wins her.

The diction and details created in the tone of the poem is joyful and peaceful. The poem is expressing nature life. It’s showing how living things that we people have at home are joyful. It’s explaining how the sounds of birds make some people day.

    Anukka D....
The diction and details show that she is disappointed. It is showing that someone did something that she didn’t approve of. That disappointment changed her life. “ What became of you I’ll never want to know” those words show how upset she is over the decision the other person made.

    Confident
    Being over confident, isn't in
your best interest, as of now.
    Instead of wasting time talking,
    put all your available energy,
    into doing. Whatever you have
in mind, use this time, in what
    you could be pursuing. There's
a lot of things, you can get involved
with, that would make a difference,
in someones life. There's no need,
to come off too strong. Just do what
your heart tells you and things are
bound to move along. When the time
comes, you'll look back and you'll be
happy you toned things down, a peg
or two. Now, you can be over confident,
as everybody, is proud of you!
    Audrey Heller
The diction and detail creates a tone of confident. The poem shows that confidents would take you anywhere you want to be. If you only do what you have in mind, and use this time to do what you need to do. Also, do what your heart is telling you. And that if you are confident you are proud of you as everybody else around you.

your best interest, as of now.
    Instead of wasting time talking,
    put all your available energy,
    into doing. Whatever you have
in mind, use this time, in what
    you could be pursuing. There's
a lot of things, you can get involved
with, that would make a difference,
in someones life. There's no need,
to come off too strong. Just do what
your heart tells you and things are
bound to move along. When the time
comes, you'll look back and you'll be
happy you toned things down, a peg
or two. Now, you can be over confident,
as everybody, is proud of you!
